Trust and Estate Accounting Manager

Aric (Ric) is a Trust and Estate Accounting Manager at Hawaii Fiduciary Services. He is responsible for producing annual Conservatorship, Estate, and Trust accounting reports as well as overseeing and maintaining client bank and investment accounts. Ric received his B.S. in Accounting from Menlo College and was a member of the basketball team during his time there. After graduating, he spent 4 years working at a Silicon Valley tech company as a Revenue Accountant where he learned the importance of accuracy and transparency when preparing accounting reports. After joining Hawaii Fiduciary Services in March of 2023 Ric's passion quickly grew for his role and the services Hawaii Fiduciary Services provides to the community. When he is not preparing accounting reports Ric enjoys learning to cook local cuisine and spending time with his family, friends, and dog.

Trust and Estate Administrator

Christina is a Trust and Estate Administrator at Hawaii Fiduciary Services. She is responsible for maintaining client relationships, files and supporting the administrative and accounting departments. Before joining HFS in February 2025, Christina worked in the banking industry where she learned the importance of building and maintaining relationships with her clients and the wider community. Christina is trustworthy, empathetic and passionate about helping others. When not at work, Christina enjoys working in her garden and spending quality time with her family. A believer in the power of Aloha, Christina's inspiration in her life and in her role as a Trust and Estate Administrator is -- "Aloha kekahi I kekahi a e malama kekahi I kekahi" (Love one another and take care of one another).

Kela Holt opened Hawaii Fiduciary Services, LLC to provide private fiduciary services in Hawaii. Her fiduciary experience spans over 20 years as a founding principal of a private fiduciary company and as an Assistant Vice President at Bank of Hawaii Trust Department. Kela is committed to serving as a private fiduciary helping families settle estates and trusts.

Her work experience also includes working in the financial services industry as an account representative with a Series 7 license for Merrill Lynch and Ameriprise Financial and as an insurance agent for Hawaiian Life Insurance Company. Recently, Kela broadened her knowledge of real estate and received a real estate license. This background blending trust, financial, and real estate services gives her a unique advantage preserving or liquidating all types of assets.

Staff Trust and Estate Accountant

Riezhelle has obtained a Bachelor's of Business Administration Degree in Finance and a Bachelor's of Business Administration Degree in Accounting at the University of Hawai‘i at Hilo. Right after college, she went directly into public accounting, specifically financial auditing. Currently, she's working on her Master's of Science in Finance Degree at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa. She hopes to achieve CPA Certification in the near future. She believes accounting can be done anywhere and it's the cause for doing so that matters the most. Her cause is to work for companies who give back to the community, practice integrity, and value connection.

Trust and Estate Administrator

Victoria is a Trust and Estate Administrator at Hawaii Fiduciary Services. She manages client administrative intake including reconciling and organizing of files/folders, scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings as well as supporting the administrative and accounting departments. Victoria received her B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Hawaii and started working at Hawaii Fiduciary Services shortly thereafter. Victoria cares deeply for her clients and often goes above and beyond to provide the best service. Victoria is an avid traveler and whenever the opportunity arises, you can find her on a plane visiting new places and meeting new people.
