Kela Holt
Kela Holt opened Hawaii Fiduciary Services, LLC to provide private fiduciary services in Hawaii. Her fiduciary experience spans over 20 years as a founding principal of a private fiduciary company and as an Assistant Vice President at Bank of Hawaii Trust Department. Kela is committed to serving as a private fiduciary helping families settle estates and trusts.

Her work experience also includes working in the financial services industry as an account representative with a Series 7 license for Merrill Lynch and Ameriprise Financial and as an insurance agent for Hawaiian Life Insurance Company. Recently, Kela broadened her knowledge of real estate and received a real estate license. This background blending trust, financial, and real estate services gives her a unique advantage preserving or liquidating all types of assets.

Catherine Pfeffer
Senior Account Manager

Catherine is a Senior Account Manager for Hawaii Fiduciary Services. In this role, Catherine handles client accounting intake, court accounting, and management of client assets and accounts. She also supervises HFS accounting and internal processes including AR/AP, HR and Payroll. Catherine earned a B.S. in Accounting and Business Management and a M.B.A. from Saint Francis University.

Amador Joaquin
Trust and Estate Administrator

Amador is a Senior Trust and Estate Administrator who joined Hawaii Fiduciary Services in 2020 with 13 years of experience in trust and estate administration. Amador manages all administrative transactions and maintains a close working relationship with clients. Amador also has an extensive knowledge as a Paralegal working on the Big Island and Oahu. He is a Notary Public and bilingual in English and French.

Victoria Markham-Pukini
Administrative Assistant

Victoria is an Administrative Assistant for Hawaii Fiduciary Services. After obtaining her B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Hawaii, she began working part-time for HFS. Victoria manages client administrative intake including reconciling and organizing of files/folders, scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings, and supporting the administrative and accounting departments
